In-Person Workshop:
Lymphatic Balancing / ACE Massage Cupping
This specialized class gives students the full ACE Massage Cupping Level 1 experience while also introducing the fundamentals of Lymphatic Balancing.
Location:
Lymphatic Balancing / ACE Massage Cuppingâ„¢ Intensive is considered a level 1 course. However, this unique course offers students a more detailed look into the systems and techniques than is normally found during our other ACE Massage Cuppingâ„¢ Level 1 courses. This class is exclusively offered by ACE educator Beth-ellen Zang, CMCE.
During the first two days of the workshop, students will learn the anatomy and function of the the lymphatic system, differentiate between cranial, lymph, visceral, and meridian flow rhythms, and treat the imbalances found within. The following two days are basic therapeutic cupping techniques as taught by ACE Massage Cuppingâ„¢. You will learn how to apply and remove cups, why and when to apply heavy, medium, or light suction relative to what is being treated.
Beth-Ellen Zang has been studying and practicing natural living and healthcare since 1965. She is the Founding Director of Sedona College of Natural Health.
Her studies and practice include organic gardening, whole food preparation, holistic nutrition, herbal remedies, meditation, exercise, lifestyle awareness, oriental medicine, ayurveda and bodywork. Modalities include Advanced CranioSacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Oriental Bodywork, ACE Massage Cuppingâ„¢, Myofacial Release, Shiatsu, Shirodhara, Udvartana, Abyangha, Polarity, Holographic Imaging, Somato Emotional Release, Regression (Past Life or Generational), Heart Centered Therapies, Hydrotherapy and body cleansing, nutritional consultant / intuitive, and Ayurvedic Healthcare.
She has been licensed since 1981 and actively practicing clinical medical massage in Arizona since 1983.
