Overview

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Online courses are bound by the return policy at: aceinstituteonline.com/return-policy
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Book with obvious signs of use.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • An equipment bundle that includes an online course when the course has been partially or fully completed.

Refunds

Physical Goods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Online Courses

Digital goods may ONLY be returned if they have not been used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

Items that arrive with manufacturing defects or suffer damage due to the shipping process may be replaced at no cost to you.

In order for the item to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased within the last 30 days
  • The items are new and unused in the original packaging

Online Course Transfer Policy

Students may only transfer their course to another person if they have NOT progressed past the course release lesson. The course will be permanently locked to an account once the student has progressed past the course release.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Coupon Policy

From time to time, we issue promotional coupons in various ways. We understand it can be frustrating to purchase a product at full value only to find that it went on sale the very next day. For this reason, we’ll gladly apply a coupon towards your order if you contact us within 7 days of your purchase. This will come in the form of a partial refund, issued back to the card that you used during your purchase.
